We thought to put together > P R O P O S A L < a 90-120 Day step-by-step Plan + Strategy to be able to optimally organize and manage the marketing effort (in-house and off-site). A one-hour, weekly "Orchestra" meeting keeps the effort focused, and is primarliy used for holding people accountable to assigned task(s) and for assisting the rest of the team.
